We are a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting global hunger in a more sustainable way. Additionally, we support local initiatives across the United States.
The Higher Quest Foundation was established in 2006 by the shareholders of HireQuest Inc. Although the Foundation is closely tied to HireQuest Inc., it is a separate legal entity. The Higher Quest Foundation has tax exempt 501 (c) (3) status as a non-profit operating entity in the United States. We provide funds for direct grants in two distinct categories: international hunger relief efforts and support of local community charities.
International Hunger Relief
We work in remote locations around the world collaborating with local people to build modern sustainable fish and vegetable farm systems that provide a reliable, high-protein, fresh, and nutritious food source for the community. Most of our projects have been at orphanages, although we have supported other projects as well.
Local Relief Efforts
Through direct grants and a matching gift program, the Higher Quest Foundation assists and supports HireQuest Inc.’s national network of franchisees and employees in local, civic, and charitable endeavors across the United States. In addition, the Foundation owns and operates a fish farm training center in Orangeburg, S.C.
Education
The Foundation and HireQuest Inc. have established a dozen endowed scholarships at various Christian universities.
